| f*ck a duck | Re: How many injuries do you currently have? welsh pete you are not working hard enough get injured you tart ![]() recent injuries i have had include * the recurring front delt problem that i train around * a knackered rear delt (same arm) which reduced my ROM to below 45 degrees for the last 30 minutes of the rugby session * a knackered ankle which i went over on and is nearly healed * shin splints - recurring * a pulled tricep i love injuries ![]() |

I suffered years of pain in my knee, ankle and wrist joints, and was scheduled to have an op on my left wrist. Since tests showed that I had a serious allergy to wheat, and it was taken out of my diet I have had absolutely no pain or problems with my joints. Touch wood! |

incidentally i have not trained since tuesday either in rugby or weights and have been employing parts of the rice method i may be trying today to do a session, possibly legs but will probably leave it until monday (6 days off) i will see how far my arms go back in a bit cheers for the nice comment though ![]() | |

| Who nicked my hair? | Re: How many injuries do you currently have? well, after getting over sciatica, i managed to fall off the back of a lorry last sunday night... so, after landing on my spine and hitting my head, knocking myself out i have bruised my upper spine, whacked the disk that was causing my sciatica (l4/l5) and got a lump on my head... |

Fcuked it again 2 years ago and ignored it Just to kick me when I'm down dislocated it a year ago! Now its absoluetely shagged and affects my benching and I dont even attempt chest flies!! Also my lower backs killing me but I'm sure it'll pass |

I have something going on with my wrists (sometimes it feels like a tendon is popping and squeezing the clamps hurts) I tore my left shoulder and it still hurts when I do bench, and my left bicep was torn so many times it never heals now. so whats that like 4 |
