Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

4 knee surgeries, and both knees are pretty bad, the other one went bad from years of compensating for the other one, recently from work I have 4 disk bulges, 1 is really bad with a tear, and every couple of months I get tennis elbow wicked bad,

I ant got anything in 5 months of training so keeping it that way making sure dont over do things and do them the correct way important.

Also most of important of all is to warm up before exercising a key vital thing.

Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

loads !! its more troublesome than injures.thick deep scar tissue in both front quads.
both sides of my lats
both rotator cuffs. im still able to train just that i cant load bars up with big weight anymore.physio told me take a year off. thats just not goin to happen anytime soon.
18yrs of training taking its toll i think. im able to still make improvements provided i use slower form and isolate the muscles to complete failure.

Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

Tennis elbow in right arm which plays up when training triceps / pressing and bursitis in left knee which means heavy squats are out of bounds

Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

I ripped the tendons and ligaments in my right shoulder where clavicle rests and under scapula I get an intense burn if I twist the wrong way, this is from 18mths ago playing ninja break falls in TKD, also have dodgy knee from TKD, and I broke 2 ribs on right side at front and 2 ribs on left side at the back these hurt when period is due has ladies bones go softer around this time, don't know if this is from the same injury but when I do bent over 1 arm cable rows something pops out under right breast ?? it hurts but if I stand up and press it it goes back in???
My sacroliac joint in pelvis too gets inflamed and can get bloody sore, but been told by physio to do squats so the muscle holds the pelvis in place better.
Can't do full sit ups either as I broke my coccyx, and dodgy left wrist through breaking wood
Apart from that I'm ok

Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

Injured Knee at rugby. Trained 2 days later and it felt better. It then stiffened up thursday night.
Did my heaviest leg session to date on it on the friday and it then felt fine.
Trained on tuesday and it stiffened up that night.
