Re: How many injuries do you currently have?

I must be weird then. Apart from a pinched nerve I had over christmas which is almost sorted (and caused away from the gym, I slept with my neck in a funny position one night), I have no problems at all. The only real injury I had was a slight tear to my left bicep the day after a show. It was my fault entirely for training that day as I was still very dry from lasix. Tore the bicep with a preacher curl of just 7.5 kilos. That was four years ago & it's stronger & bigger than the other one now. Might be an idea to rip the other one?.....!!!

I tore my right bicep and never even knew when I did it.
No discoloration, no pain, nothing.
Outer bicep (R/H), from the shoulder.
Now the only thing I can see is when I injured my shoulder from doing too much benching, that may have caused it.

Crazy thing, winger tore his in the exact same spot as me but his was not as bad but the exact same thing.
