Ongoing Chest Injury
Ive had a sore right pec for about 5 months now and it hurts most when I get in the dip position. I can bench with pretty much no problem but getting into the dip position is real uncomfortable and so I havent done any dips since the injury. I think I initially caused the injury whilst dipping as it happens and I just carried on doing dips as I thought you were supposed to 'man up' at the time not realising I could have done longterm damage.
Recently if I feel my pec abit sore or tight if I push my chest out and stretch it then breath in I feel a little click and then it doesnt hurt quite as much.
Anyone any ideas or how long it could last? annoying cause I love doing dips and used to be good at them..
