Should i Shrug?

Shrugs are not in my routine and i dunno whether to throw them in?
The only excersises that are doing what shrugs could do are deadlifts and lat pull downs, standing milletry press, oh and seated DB rows.

Should i start shrugging? BTW are shrugs a isolation or compound excersise?

Throwing in shrugs certainly wont hurt.

Having a set of well developed traps certainly rounds off your shoulders and infact your physique generally.

Shrugs and the working of your traps is an isolated movement.

I would recommend Dumbell rows and barbell/dumbell shrugs as a good combo.
