not really new but need advice

ok im new ish...... on and off been doing this for about a year but bin training 5 days a week for 4-5 months now, sum might say its over training but its not imo i dedicate a day to each body part

anyways

as ive not been training properly that long, i need to do more compound exercises in the gym...... the only thing is im not sure on any.... apperntly im not doing near anough on my shoulders....

also i go on holiday for a week 'October 10th, when i get back i want to change my whole training regime, i want to train 3-4 days max in the gym but not sure what muscle groups i should do together

atm the muscle groups im doing are : :

Monday - Shoulders & triceps
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Abs
Thursday - Chest & biceps
Friday - Legs

sometime i will try go back at night on weds to do triceps i let the muscle have 48ish hours rest then i will try train it again if i can
but not most of the time i keep to that ^^^^

also im currently on D-bol & Clenbuterol

about a month or so ago my left forearm started hurting when i was training biceps, a few people put this down to technique... so i started working on technique a lil, but about 3 weeks ago my forearm completely went i can do any biceps at all.. this week i havent been able to train because of the bottom of my back, but thats feelings better already but my forearm still hurts.... ive spoken to a few BB's in the gym they put it down to me growing too strong too fast and my tendons cant handle it, but now i cant even lift light weights ive rested it so long and still cant do anything, anyone know what i can do or should i just rest it? my training partner says i should just try some light forearm exercises incase its just my muscle not being strong enough and ive strained it......

thanks for any help

Deano!

Go swimming ..... and leave the weights alone for a while.
If youv'e hurt yourself training maybe through overload, bad form or whatever don't add to it !
