Hello all.

I've decided to try and do somthing about my body, im 22 and im tall. I only weight 10 stone and i hate people saying thing's like. "Your all Skin and bone" "Lanky streak" "Skinny sod" and so on.

I never seem to but any weight on and i dont know why. Some times i can eat for ever and some times i cant eat very much either, i seem to feel full and sick and not able to eat for the rest of the day.

Anyways any advice on where i go from here would be great.

Also im unable to go to a local gym right now but i have a bentch and weights at home so i can start with those untill i am able to go to the gym, I've started to do a 3 day work out with monday, wens, fri, and taking whey 2 times a day also.

sounds like your not eating regularly enough then pigging out mate

post up a typical days intake with times etc and someone will give it the once over.

also welcome aboard mate ...you could do an intro in the general section too so everyone can welcome you. cheers , Stu

Are these weight gainers any good? Somone said to try one from allin1 @ 14.99 just add milk and down it.

i put a stone of crap on once using summat called mammoth . like fukin wallpaper paste it wer!!

where you from and train i might know yer!!!! LOL
its not you is it Dad??? i,ve teld yer before you should stay in the residential home theyll look after yer there

Nowt wrong wi barnsley mate!! my mate trains at the metrodome
he ses its a bit lightwieght but he gets done what he needs to.

cool, never seen their stuff so not sure, around here the JJB store has taken allot of the custom and loads of people train there now.
