sarting b/b at 41?

hi all...newbie here....im wanting to start b/b after a long lay of off a good 10 years!!!...now.. considering my age etc, what can i expect?....is it possible to make great gains and have a real good physique when starting at this age?.....any input would be greatfully received.....Mick

Agree with Nevil, you can expect exactly what you put in results-wise, don't use age or lifestyle as an excuse.

mastiffmick is on a distinguished road
i understand u get out what you put in...but was wondering if because of my age, growth would be slower? and the main thing is...could i acheice results that many of you younger guys have acheived after putting in the hard work?

You are still able to build considerable muscle, get food in check, sort the right training out etc.
There are guys of 60 or 70 training that have only been at it 20 years and they look good
