Completely New to this and very young.

Hi i am adam and i am 16. Lately i have been weightlifting every night and have noticed i am much more muscly than i used to be. I used to be very skinny and unfit and found it hard to put on weight so i decided to put on muscle instead of fat. I have only jst decided to change my diet to help me on my way to having a fit upper body and already i have started feeling much better and much stronger. My main reason for this is to look good and increase my comfidence around other people and to stop being known as a realy skinny weak person. My mates weightlift but not regulary but they are willing to go to the gym in my town.. Right now i am bout 6 ft tall and weigh bout 9.5 to 10 stone. Could someone give me an idea of a good schedule to build up my pecs, six pac, triceps, biceps and shoulders? Also are ther any other people of my age on this forum?

Thanks.

I am 26 but yes act like a kid on here too. I have to tell you though this post is awesome. When I was at the age of 16 and trying to workout I didn't know anything and what i thought I knew I look back and wasn't always right. So what I am saying is you getting started at an early age like this and learning as much as you can will help all the more because I guarantee you there is a handfull of people on here who if they could start over they would change so many things from what they used to do. Good Luck mate. Feel free to ask all the questions you want here and trust me no question you have is stupid because I have asked some funny ones but the guys here know it all and are really helpful with years of expeirence.:lift:

PS Don't forget those legs mate. Train those.

Yeah a cant wait to get myself down to the local gym for a few hours.Yeah i read a few other posts an think there interestin. As you have probably guessed a healthy diet at my age is hard for me to maintain but when i see something changing i will be well chuft to eat to eat real food an drink lots of water with no fizzy drinks an packets of crisps.
