Wheale is on a distinguished road
Max OT

Over the last few months ive been reading more about the Max OT style of training promoted by the supplement company Ast Sports Science. It advocates between 2 and 3 main exercises per body part, with 2 or 3 sets per exercise and reps in the 4-6 range. All of the routines suggested on the site involve 5 lifting days per week leaving just weekends free for rest and recuperation (not including cardio). Im looking to start this type of training soon for bodybuilding purposes not powerlifting or fat loss. Has anyone else tried Max OT with any success and do you have helpful hints to offer? or do know someone who has used it. I should be starting it next week will post my results from it if anyone is interested in 8 weeks time (it suggests a rest week after every 8 weeks of Max OT training has been completed). Id appreciate views from anyone about Max OT or even suggested routines. cheers
