Sounds good yeah I have been doing that much volume for while and haven't been making gains and tried doing more or superset or dropsets to breakthrough but what you guys are saying makes sense. I see this sort low volume preached about all over this board. Thanks

If I cut my core lifts( Bench, Squat, Military Press and Deadlifts etc ) all down to 2 working sets that is about right isn't it.

Overtraining will hinder your strenght and size.

Big has a good approach here.

Try it out for 6 weeks and see what happens.

maxxxx can only hope to improve
stick to the basic compound movements and work to absolute failure on each set where safe to do so.obviously not on the bench press of course. just because there are less sets does not mean its should be any less intense
