well, if ya can, try and make it 5 times a week, and do each body part heavy once a week or do like what i'm doing at the mo which is taking a muscle, taking the exercises for it, spliting it into two lists then do 2 muscle groups a session and work each muscle twice a week but so theres at least 1 to 2 days rest between working that msucle then working it again. iv only really been training since april, proper bodybuilding trianing and im entering my first competition and confident - just got a bit of body fat to loose but if your not competing that shouldnt be an issue with ya. make sure you get enough sleep, rest 1-3 min between sets, eat tonne sof protein, take shakes and 'roids if you desire (up to you, im all natural and getting noticible gains, but all up to the individual mate), but yeah, trian hard, eat clean which a cheat day once a week and you'll be gaining mate, no worries!!! keep at it
