should i stay or should i go

looking for some hints, i must be doing something right only been training for 3 weeks but am seeing good strength and size gains and am keen for these to continue. I am using the 3*8 set system now with mon:chest/tricep, wed: back/bicep and fri:leg/abs. how long shall i carry on with this?(until it becomes easy?)or is this good for the long haul?

Just keep doing what you're doing as long as you're gaining.

As soon as it stops working, that's the time to start asking about what to do next.

maxxxx can only hope to improve
the work out will never be easy if you are doing it right because you will will be adding more weight each week to the bar benching 340 for reps feels only as heavy as 150 did when starting out
