| Pagga | should i stay or should i go looking for some hints, i must be doing something right only been training for 3 weeks but am seeing good strength and size gains and am keen for these to continue. I am using the 3*8 set system now with mon:chest/tricep, wed: back/bicep and fri:leg/abs. how long shall i carry on with this?(until it becomes easy?)or is this good for the long haul? |
