Don't bother with internet calculations mate they are nearly always way off. I have these ones: http://www.creatinestore.co.uk/produ...d_Calipers.asp they are pretty accurate but I wouldn't pay 20 quid for a pair. Jock |

| The Lady Of The Manor | Agree with Jock on this one, you need to purchase some decent calipurs, if not then your local gym should have them there and they can give you a reading. As Jock says the internet sites where you punch your height and weight in are a load of rubbish and are so inaccurate! Dont waste your time on them. |

| Banned | Can you see defined abs? Yes = sub-10%BF No = over 10% BF. I wouldn't get too hung up on specific figures unless you need to dovumant it. After all, the best judge is simply to look at yourself in a mirror and you'll instanly be able to gauge how far off your target you are. In bodybuilding comps, the guys don't have tags on their g-strings saying "Name: PSCarb. Bodyfat%: 3.4" etc. etc. ![]() |

![]() | On a side note to this thread... how fast does BF come down. Are we looking at 1-2% a month or more? Less even?? I know diet, exercise and genetics. But I'm just looking for a rough average, if there is one. Oh and I picked up some calipers from eBay for under £8. That included P&P. Last edited by skar; 22-07-2005 at 07:50 PM. |
