Rice Cakes

What do you put on yur rice cakes. Never had them before but last night bough a couple of packets.

Very bland so Im guessing people put a topping on!

what do you use and please dont say cottage cheese ;)

if im out and about i have a shake then eat them plain.

if im at home i mix my protein itno a mouse and spread it over the rice cake. is bloody lovely this way

One meal every day even whilst i prep I eat a tin of tuna spread over 4 flavoured rice cakes
Mild chilli
Salt & vinegar
BBQ
etc...... I don't use the chocolate,caramel type ones

when bulking, as long as you dont fill up so much on them that you cant eat your regular food, they are great
