| Head of UK-M's neighbourhood boob watch. | Supersets for Mass Building Me and my mate been doing supersets for a few weeks now and its been going pretty well. I spoke to another mate of mine who does BB and hes a big fella and he said todo 4 Excersises per muscle 4 sets of 10 reps Is this right for building mass or is this more of a strength workout? So far we have been doing. Monday - Back and Chest Wednesday - Bi's and Tri's Friday - Legs and Shoulders With ab work at the end of each workout. Any help/feedback is appreciated. |

Not your mate or someone you know from the gym. Experiment with different routines, but always use the one that gives you the best gains as your main base routine. Give a lower volume routine a try too, such as the one in the link in my sig. |
