I wasn't sure from your post, but if you are there are vegeterians on here who will be able to give you tips on that. I think mcronix is/was vegeterian and just posted up a diet. |

![]() Is this Vern? Look, there is no magic bullet. If you cant gain weight then add more calories. Try to eat between 30-50 grams of protein a meal. The rest is up to you! Your routine look ok. It doesn't seem like you are over training, you are getting enough sleep. You need more calories. Dont get consumed by gaining weight. The best builds I have ever seen are guys that could not gain weight.

http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/...rtraining.html The squat routine in that link is an excellent example of dual factor training. But you'd best know your body well, learn about when you start to overtrain, and be able to deadlift at least twice your bodyweight before needing a routine like that.

| The Lady Of The Manor | Just to touch on a point earlier where xylyx stated that prisoners are massive etc and have great bodies. Some of them probably do have good physiques due to the fact they are allowed protein supplements, fat burners etc in prison. But they certainly would be taking more than 60g of protein per day! Maybe not all the top security prisons allow supplements in but the rest are ok with it. They train when they want, probably most days as nothing else to do. Get enough rest and eat well. It would be a different subject if you were talking about a terrible prison such as a Korean one............now they are tough places I bet!!! |
