Feeling sick after workout

Never really had this feeling before but im feeling real sick after my workout, Does this happen to anyone else a lot?

I do Oppurtunitas Sweet FA, monday to saturday in the mornings conditioning and then 2 x workout in the evening which is Tuesday and saturday.

I recently started training with a new guy in the gym and since i have started every training session i feel sick.
Never really felt it before i trained with him except on legs day.
As sweet_FA says i think it is to do with overtraining, the training session we have been doing lately has all been supersets and triple sets, balls to the wall material.

Cap, heve you up the intensity at all over the last week or so, and what level (if your doing it) are you dieting on - or have you dropped the level down so less food?

Added any new supps in latley?

Does the heat effect or even affect you? or have you got air con at the gym?

Are you feel grog after morning and evening workouts?

Morning workouts I find quite uplifting but the evening one when I'm really pushing can sap it out of me, I use the 5 mins walk after I finished just to try and calm myself down etc.

On level 2 dietia mate, May have been my most intense session yet as I was doing a lot (well a lot for me) of weight for legs. No supps added other than Zinc, Magnesium and Amino acid tabs which ive been taking for a while. Might well be the heat mate! Gyms pretty wide open space and windows are generally always open anyways.
Yeah know what you mean about morning workouts they wake me up bigstyle! Feel a little groggy after evening workouts but have to walk anyways about 30 mins maybe more to get home.

isnt it the acidity of your blood changing that makes that sick feeling?

I get ti every workout - but then i really puch myself. I have to sit breathing carefully for about 20 mins before im ok.

Also I notice that the timing is slightly off for your main workouts. If you do one on Tuesday then the otehr one shoudl be on a friday - otherwise you wont be resting enough between the saturday session and the following Tuesday one.

u got a different type of heat!! remember i was in ur 3rd world country the other week

i ate like a monster and put on 4lbs over there lol its so humid here at the mo we had 32 degrees the other day in my area and that with no wind and monster humidity!! so go :jerk: in ur air conditioning!!
