Mate,

This 3rd world country Doesnt have Gazzo cemeras, pub closing times, congestion charges etc etc

Last 3 days has been about 35 really humid, (i cant afford to run air conditioning) but I know what you mean, when its humid eating is not that easy, and you do get used to it, coming home last night (29 degrees ) it felt almost chilly.

Post up some decent porn and i will def go for a :jerk: as the old test is kicking back in

I usually feel sick after heavy compound workouts and if you don't feel sick after these then I don't think your pushing hard enough.

Its important to make sure that your fitness isn't letting you down before you reach muscular failure though, so don't ignore cardiovascular training either.

20 reps for squats?.....oh, man that is alot.
I hate reps in squats even tho I know they are good.
If you can do them like that then more power to you!;)
