![]() | Hello Im New guys, A question Hey, I just wanna know what exrecise, practice wide ur muscles here where the 2 bones come out ( at least they come out at my body U guys probebly dont have it ) From what I got theirs no muscles at that place U only need to eat alot? or U need to work out on that, Plz I really wanna know I wanna change my body , tnx for any help ![]() |

| Banned | Yeah, for musle building to take place you have to ensure the right training and nutrition is in place. Eat big and train hard. Why don't you post your stats like weight, height,bodyfat % (if you know it), what training you do at the moment and what your typical everyday diet is. | UK-Muscle Male Animal | I wouldn't be drinking slurpees..........just kidding, sorry I had to say that. First off welcome to the board mate! I would do any incline press and front military presses and shrugs. ;) If you are into push ups then put your feet on a chair and elevate your legs while doing pushups. |

Also Traps could be taller to help the aprarance of the bones sticking out so shurgs and or deads will work nicely. Some extra lean muscle mass could not hurt either. |
