Confused about what to do about bulking/cutting

Hey,
Basically, I want the same as everyone, to gain muscle and lose fat.
I am contemplating starting my first 'bulk', and I was wondering about some details.

My current body fat % is around 10%.

If I were to cut down to around 7-8% body fat before starting a clean bulk, would I be able to gain lean muscle without having to go on a cut period at the end of my bulk?

Or would it be a better idea for me to just get on with the clean bulking as soon as possible, and think about cutting at the end?

Also, when you're bulking, what is an advisable amount of cardio to do?

Thanks for anyone who can help.

Eat cleanly with high protein, moderate cardio. You'll make slower but better gains.

Just train to get bigger and eat to put muscle on.

You will get leaner as you do because your BF % will lower assuming you don't pile fat on.

If your 10% your plenty lean enough, if your not happy at 10% then either your not 10% or you have no muscle
