Only over the last few months have i been doing mine, but i do a variety of ex,s now, and the broom twists as well, as you have the obliques and intercostals in there aswell, i do 4 ex,s for sets of 25 reps 3 times a week, i reckon this is more than enough for me. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I think ab exercises are essential. You need to work them directly imo. I do about 4 sets 2-3 times a week. Many people neglect abs but they I think strong abs can definitely help with other exercises anyway. You could do them at the start of your workout as they do not tax to much energy and are a good warmup. I like crunches, leg lifts and reverse crunches(as seen in Rocky) these are great. Some people don't recommend doing broomstick twists because building obliques too much can make you look wider. The little piano keys are brilliant to look at though, don't you think? |
