Deadlift hits the Erector Spinae

You are looking into this wayyyyy to much.

You've been training a matter of weeks.

Compound lifts is what you need,not worrying if your using you erection pmsl

There are probably another 30 you don't train either but why worry about it?

Most people don't train the 20+ muscles in the legs so what difference will not training the soleus do?!

I would say this is something Doyle has read somewhere or seen posted on another forum and thought he'd just whack it on here for whatever reason. Maybe to inspire us all to train our soleus the next time we're training?

Doyle, when was the last time you trained your Peroneus Longus?
