Deadlifts for erectors and traps, shrugs

not ars3d about soleus, i dont even know what it is but im sure at least one compound lift will hit this

i have a specific day for soleus, i also do creatine on this day. Doing this gets you ripped and shred and sliced

i train my teres minor 3 times a week, im really focusing on it trying to get it up to scratch with the rest of my body
