Smile My progress (written)

Well its half way through the year nearly and i thought id post my written progress that I have moniterd each month. Measured myself once beginning of january then april, may, june and july.
Height: 5' 11.5"

January stats:

Weight: 11st 1lb
Body Fat: 18%

Bicep: 33cm
Chest: 87cm
thigh: 53cm
waist: 82cm

April stats:

Weight: 11st 13lb
Body Fat: 12.8%

Bicep: 34cm
Chest: 89cm
thigh: 55cm
waist: 78cm

May stats:

Weight: 11st 13lb
Body Fat: 11.8%

Bicep: 34.5cm
Chest: 91cm
thigh: 55cm
waist: 77cm

June stats:

Weight: 12st 2b
Body Fat: 11.6%

Bicep: 35cm
Chest: 95cm
thigh: 58cm
waist: 80cm (must be from wen i started doing heavy deadlifts)

July stats:

Weight: 12st
Body Fat: 11.2%

Bicep: 35cm
Chest: 95cm
thigh: 58cm
waist: 79cm

And that is that so far, Im feeling good my 1 rep max from bench press was 62kg in january and is now 102kg, squat was 82kg and is now 122kg,
Deadlift was 72KG and now is 132kg.
Looking back through all the papers im suprised how much difference there has been and how much iv improved my strength from gym and MMA.
Overall im very pleased I will keep track of my progress monthly and will post all these stats up again in 6 months

My goals now are to get to 13 stone around 12% body fat, get my dead lift to double my body weight and my squat double aswel, also my bench up to 120kg 1RM.
