help with diets and workout routen.

hi guys am 14years old and i have started doing bodybuilding.
i need some help with my diet simply because i dont know what to
get all the protein i need to gain muscle mass.
would you recommed me to workout 3or5 times a week ??
and please could you advice me on which parts to do on which days
