Is this ok? As ive heard others say do bis and tris/only bis or only tris and so on. Ive also heard my routine is good for strengh but not size is this the case? What do you guys think? Also im doing 4 sets 10 reps.

Re: Routine

Personally I train Monday - legs, Wed - Chest, Friday - Back.

That way my legs don't hinda my back day and vise versa.

Re: Routine

It is a good routine. I gained 7 kg with it ( I just trained shoulders with legs on the same day). Make sure you have as much compound exercises as possible in it, squats, deads, overhead presses, bench presses, barbell rows, etc. here is a list of them:

Cheers

Re: Routine

I find when trying to get bigger the key is the number of reps you do. Heavy weight 6-8reps to get bigger. 10 -12 rep ranges will work on increasing muscular endurance.

Hope this helps
