![]() | IS MY TRAININ ENUFF OR 2MUCH? I GO TRAININ 4 TIMES A WK IS THAT 2MUCH OR NT ENUFF? I AV 2WRK OUTS MONDAY chest,back and tries TUESDAY legs,shouldas and biceps WEDNESDAY DAY OF REST THURSDAY same as monday FRIDAY same as tuesday SATURDAY day of rest SUNDAY day of rest please give me ur veiws is dat 2much or nt enuff or is dat ok i dnt train my legs wen am on gear cus i gt big legs anyway my wrk outs usually last about a hour n half 2 2hours dependin on ow bizy da gym is |

![]() | sorry guys its just im that use to writing txs MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS CHEST dips,bench press,incline DB press,flys,cross overs BACK wide grip pull down to back off the neck,wide grip pull down to my chest,narrow grip pull down to ma chest,seated rows TRICEPS EZbar push down on machine?,bent over DB either hand extendin? TUESDAY AND FRIDAY (LEGS WHEN NOT ON ANY GEAR) LEGS squats,leg extentions,leg curls,calfs SHOULDERS smith machine press to back of neck, then infront,narrow grip upright rows,fly machine but backwards?,shrugs,DB infront arms straight lifted up to shoulder hight BICEPS wide grip BB curls,EZ bar curls,DB curls and hammer curls mixed leight weights for a gud pump up i also do cardio n ma abs every time i go the gym when im not on any gear please give me your veiws is that to much?not enuff?or ok? |

![]() | Yes i seem to be geting alot bigger and people are sayin ur loosin alot of weight but ur geting bigger up top it seems to be working at moment but i just wanted to no if i was over doing it or if i wasnt doing enuff cus as i once got told nolige is power so i try n get other peoples veiws on what i do n see if they think its ok the routein i do i do 3sets of 10 or if im goin really heavey i try and push out 10 but i sometimes end up doin 8 on my last set some people say that i push myself to hard but i like then tenderness you get the mornig after when you wake up inbed and you stretch |
