I have moved this to the training section as it's more appropriate here. For getting bigger, IMO, heavy weights are vital. You must keep form totally strict, but you much also progressively add weight each session. | |

Pumps have their place especially during injuries but for the most part the heavier weights will be best. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I personally always finish my bi's with a set of cable curls of about 15-20 reps purely to get the blood in there and because i like doing it also - i think for bi's, tri's, calves and traps - the higher rep training and going purely to get as much blood in there as possible is a handy shock weapon, however for larger muscle groups and main exercises for the other smaller groups - heavy weights are the way to go..... overload = hypertrophy ![]() |
