Question Bulking and Cardio

Hello

When bulking ive read that doing some cardion during the week is good for fitness and to help reduce fat. What kind of cardio should I be doing?

Low Intesity or High Intensity?
and How often?

My diet is here (which no one has commented on):

try walking or steady state for 6 minutes
low duration tabats 20 x 10's 4 sets
active weight lifting 1 set slow 4 reps for 5 exercises
& fascial stretching

It will build your endurance, help you recover, make your stronger, burn some extra fat, help with cardio respiratory output and just make you feel good

Yah, fascia stretching will help to make room for those bigger muscles...

perry6666 is on a distinguished road
low intensity burns more fat, high intensity works your CV (heart, lungs etc) system better. I would stick with low intensity for no more than 3 sessions a week with a duration of about 30 mins max. You wanna keep your heart rate below 70% of your max to focus on fat burning. If you do too much cardio you are going to burn too much fat and then muscle which will obviously have a negative affect on your bulking.
