Triceps

Do triceps on the same day i do chest, i like to do close grip bench press because it works both chest and tri's

am i better doing bench dips and upright dips with them or doing skullcrushes and pulldowns instead.

im not sure if by doing the dips, ill be overtraining my chest because dips hit both.

Chest work is now only flat and incline bench + close grip bench for tri's

whats best

Experiment and do whatever makes you gain strength and size. Typically for most people this will be 1-3 chest exercises and 1-2 tricep exercises.

Close-grip bench is great for tris, as are dips. Rotate your exercises frequently.

yeah, close grip bench presses work the tris well but i find that tricep extensions will work the tris too if u want to concentrate on wide grip press for the chest

wide grip bench for chest(8-10sets,low reps) and either skullcrushers,overhread tricep extensions or close grip bench (2-3sets,high reps) work my tris really well

will doing both close and wide grip bench over train chest, i personally love close grip press for tri's. works very well for me but obviously need my bench and incline bench for chest

Use the close grip bench as the transitional exercise going from chest to tris, try them on a decline bench with an ez bar, it seems to take away some of the chest, dont for get to keep the elbows in though.

If you do the above, i would take out the dips (personal choice). Keep the skulls and/or extensions

ok that sounds good

also, ive got deadlifts as my main back exercise. i cant do pullups to save my life, which are better to do as back exercise, bent over rows, close and wide grip pulldowns

For width, vertical pulling movements are best, such as wide grip chins (or wide grip pulldowns if you can't do chins).

Of course, don't neglect thickness also, as BB Rows and deads are awesome lifts to be doing.

If your main goal is width, consider doing the pulldowns first.

Good Advice here. Train first on your weakest bodypart.

I do 2 thickening exercises besides deads as muscle ballance is really important. If your chest is too strong for your back you will have shoulder problems like me.
