Critisize My Training Program

For the next 2 months i am doing a fullbody split 2 times a week to get back to the size i was before i broke my arm, but once that is complete i will be wanting a slighlty higher volume program, this is what i have atm.

Chest
- Flat Bench
- Incline Bench
- Forward Weighted Dips

Tricep
- CGBP
- Skullcrushers

Back
- Deadlift
- Bent over row
- Wide grip Pullup, weighted
- Good Mornings

Bicep
- CG Chinup
- Dumbbell Curl


Shoulder / Traps
- Military Press
- Shrug
- Lateral Raises ( Side, Front, Rear )

Legs
- Squat
- SLDL
- Dumbbell Lunge
- Calf Raise

the split i will be doing

mon - Chest / Tri
tue - OFF
wed -Legs / Shoulders
thur - OFF
fri - Back / Bi
sat - OFF
sun - OFF

All help appreciated.

That seems a good split although perhaps you got too many rest days in there why not try train 2 days rest next and so on

If that's one work set of each then that's not too bad, although your shoulders are going to get hammered three times a week.

Because the chances are (unless he's genetically blessed, or is on a lot of gear) he will overtrain if he does that and have no progress at all.

Sorry i havent been clear. What i have posted is what i intend to do when my arms better. I'm not doing everything i have said 3 times a week, sorry for the misconception.

currently, im doing a fullbody split twice a week while i am recovering. Hope i have cleared things up.

Yes that's fine - I understand how your split is intending to work. Give it a try and see if you gain. If you can put the weights up each week then it's working. If not, you need to rethink it (think LESS not more).
