It involves a 3x per week full body workout, with descending reps and ascending intensity as the weeks progress. Really good programme, my clients put on 5.5 lb of muscle in 9 weeks! Regards SD

![]() | Re: HST Just want some info from people that have used this principal what i am wanting to know is we train with this 3 x per week, Mon, Wed & Fri so we do week 1 Mon for 15 reps, then Wed do we place 5% of the previous weight on the bar or is this for week 2, i know my max lift on bench for a count of 7 reps is 45kg per side. it would seem madness that i know i can do 15 reps at 30kg per side so after 6 weeks i would be doing 40kg for 15 reps i think me personally would only just manage the 15 |
