| daddy raikeys secret love child!!!!! | any ideas? hi guys i just wondered if anyone could guide me in the right direction, basicly my girlfriend has just started going to the gym and she asked me what sort of routine she should be doing. shes not interested in building muscle or anything like that just keeping herself fit really so im geussing mainly cardio work??? . Im really happy for her and would love for her to enjoy it as much as possible so im thinking she should keep it simple and easy to start with so that she keeps and interest. any ideas would be great thanks .. | UK-Muscle Male Animal | Why dont you guys train together? My wife and I used to train together and we loved it. It does make an even better relationship. I used to even take advanced step arobics on saturdays with her(that was ugly). ![]()

deano start her off with little workouts... from what i've found girls get scared when u show em the whole thing ROTFbut seriously u dont wanna kill her by giving her some harsh training session for her not to be able to move the next day..she wont wanna train again after that.. like hacks said...do legs..leg press and lunges are a good start move onto squats later... some soryt of plater loading chest machine and the same for shoulders and a Lat pull down machine..just for a couple of weeks so she gets the feel for the gym then work her up to the same routine as u mate.. just IMO ![]()

Sometimes ladies get a little bit intimidated when the gym is mainly packed full of men and she has to start out not really knowing where to start and what to do etc. Just go round with her and let her join in your routine, obviously on loads lighter weights. See how she gets on with that. She can add in cardio either fisrt thing in the morning or straight after her weights. You might wanna look at her diet too and point her in the right direction with that too! Let us know how she gets on wont ya! ![]()
