What he said ^^^^^

The more I do splits, the more I find myself wanting to go back to hitting more bodyparts per session with fewer sets and more frequency. An upper/lower 2x/week split does this perfectly.

You may find your legs are too sore for this, especially hamstrings. I would leave 24 hrs between deads and legs.

as a suggestion zebedy why dont you do back widening exercises on tuesday like wide grip pulldown/up, lat pulldowns etc and then do back thickening exercise on the friday?
also, i dont understand why you have got deadlifts with arms? youd probably be better of eliminating that day and doing 4 day split like cookie said.
