Finaly started

made two topics in the last few months about me wanting to start

well i moved back in with my mum and started hangin with old mates

i now go this free-weight gym as much as i can, i know i should go like 3 days a week or whatever but due to one of the lads working hours we have to go when we get the chance

i go with two guys till i know my routine off by heart, been doing it for 3 weeks, one guys this fireman and another is a wrestler the fireman guy been doing it 20 years on and off been involved in loads of comps and everything the wrestler has been doing it since he left skool and he weighs exactly 18stone

i dont know the names of the exercises i do, but they help out like you lot, its like having this forum at the gym lol they help out with nutrition and diet advice to gear and how to do things etc

also been offered a job as a doorman and im thinking about taking that, will have to see

still need some advice from you guys though as i aint spoken to these guys about it yet

i dont want to be HUGE or excessivly big like them, they're huge lol, i think i weigh like 16 stone now, i just want to be my size muscly, but atm im on the same diet as them which is alot like this, this is todays regime : :

6-7am had oats

10am tin of tuna with extra light may on a brown pitta bread

1pm 2 poached eggs

5:30pm steak

8pm off to the gym

10:30pm finish up at the gym

11pm maybe some oats

im not going the gym tonight but other than that thats the right food which i eat most days now i try eat as much white fish and meat as much as possible really

also apperntly i shud have protien within 10 mins of finishing my workout so i either have protien powder or i have 12 raw egs 1 with yoke, 1ltr skimmed milk, 2 big spoons of nesquick milkshake powder (for flavour)

i think i need a more normal diet or something im happy with my build now but im fat and not mucly but i dont want to be any bigger than i am, so any ideas on how to go about this? i have noticed the fat loss and more muscle tone already though
