![]() | Pyramiding Down... Wednesday did more or less same with deadlifts, 4 reps, 3 reps and 1 rep max at end. Will it be good to do with squats aswell ? ? Maybe something like 60kg x 10 70kg x 8 80kg x 6 85kg x ? ? 90kg x ? ? Or will i be better just doing 60 x 10, 70k x 10, 80 x 6 to 8 Just looking for ideas on squats really. With leg press as i increase the weight i decrease the reps weight from 80kg to 130kg reps from 12 to 4 ish |

Once again its all up to what works to you but if you want guidelines as a base for doing something like that then try something like: 60x10 70x8 80x6 85-90x4 Or: 70x8 80x6 85x4 90x2 Try each out and see what you think |
