Arms

Whats up guys. Been training hardcore now for the past 5 years and wanted some advice on my arms workout.

Biceps:

EZ Bar Curls - 5x5
Incline DB Curls - 2x10
Preacher Curl - 2x10 (substitute to hammer curl once every 2 weeks)

Triceps:

Weighted Dips - 5x5
EZ Bar Tricep Extension - 2x10
Bar Pull down - 2x10
Close Grip Bench 2x10.

Any advice is much appreciated. Was wondering if I should increase the sets to 3 for each excercise or keep it to 2? Would it be better if i did 3x8 or 2x8 for each of the excercises?

Thanks
