College and Training

Cant wait to start college in just other a week. I can get into a great routine again. I will be able to plan my meals as i will know when im free and when im working, it will be the same every week.

I can improve my diet more so and be more consistant with training as my work shifts will not be all over the place.

Going to be doing

Monday - Bench Press, Incline Dumbbell Press, Dumbbell Flye - 5 x 5 - Barbell Curls and Dumbbell Curls - 3 or 4 sets of 8 to 12 - Concentrating on hypertrophy

Wednesday - Legs and Shoulders
Squats - 4 sets pyramiding down from around 15 reps to 6 reps.
Leg Press and Stiff Leg Deads 5 x 5
Seated Dumbbell Press and Millitary Press - 5 x 5

Friday - Back and Triceps
Deadlifts, Bent Over Row - 5 x 5
Chins - As many as possible - Can only do a couple
Close Grip Bench - 4 x 8 - 12 reps - Increase weight each set
Dips - 3 sets of 8 + weight

My sets with 5 x 5 - Im going to use one weight. When i can do 5 x 5 of X weight, i will increase the weight. I will then stick at that weight until i can do 5 x 5 again, i will progress with extra reps or more weight on a week to week basis.

My squats will all depend on if somebody can pick up the weight for me. If im with a training partner i will do multiple sets, but if im on my own, i will go for one big set.

I am focusing on size and strength.

Cant wait to get started and back on track again.
