own bodyweight exercises (ie press ups)

just finished a 6 week routine yesterday and am gona focus on just press ups, pull ups, sit ups and running cause am joinin the marine reserves n gotta do that kinda **** for the selection weekend (am gonae keep doin weights for ma shoulders though no point in them gettin neglected n maybe keep some rows for my back) was just wondering if this would lead to any loss in strength on things like my bench press when i go back to using weights in about october?? am also gonae use this period to try n trim down a bit, av got a bit of a belly and this strange deposit of fat just under my chest that looks f**kin rank when am sittin..after 4/5 months of eatin like a mofo lol cheers for any replies
