Could anyone suggest a routine please. I work out at home and have a bench and quite a bit of weight. I am skinny but i am eating as advised on this forum and i have the motivation. and the goal is to put on as much muscle as pos Id ldeally like to workout more than 3 days a week and i dont have the equipment for chins or dips. I dont know which excersizes i should be doing on what days and how many reps and how long a break between etc. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks a lot |

Trainingf rom home Im pretty sure you can muster something up for dips and pullups, they are great exercises. I do dips with 3 chairs. rest my feet on one infront of me, legs straight (ish) then a hand on each chair each side of me. Pull ups, get outside or down to the park, no excuses for leaving out these exercises just because you are working out at home. |
