need advice!!!

hey there how are ye all? my name's barney, used to do a bit of training about 4 years ago but when i look back at pics of myself i just think i was heavy more than anything from "bulking". this time round my goals are to stay lean n toned, to build lean muscle n keep the body fat down as much as i can rather than having to bulk up 3/4's of the year then cut for 3 months.

age:26
height: 6'
weight: 77kgs
bmi: 22.4% aprox
body fat:16.6-16.9% aprox

training. 19.00

monday: chest, bi's n ab's (do about 30 mins cardio after each weight session)
tuesday: legs n lower back
wednesday: cardio n ab's
thursday: shoulders n tri's
friday: back, traps n ab's
sat n sun: rest

diet. (average day)

7.30 2 wheatabix, skimmed milk n sci mx pure protein shake(contains BCAA n glutamine)
10.15 chicken breast with slim a soup
12.00 sci mx protein shake
13.15 chicken breast with slim a soup
16.00 omni mx shake (sci mx, contains bcaa, glutamine, creatine n HMB)
18.30 (pre training) chicken breast with pasta/rice,etc.
21.00 (post training) omni mx shake
11.30 low fat yogurt n sci mx pure protein shake

Multi vitamins everyday.
i started a course of genetic egde which am on my 5th week of, 3wks on, 3wks off n 3 wks on again. am taking pct for the off cycles.
am also thinking of starting a CEE n NO2 cycle.

any advice would be much appreciated on diet, training n supplements.

thanks!!!

Re: need advice!!!

Maybe the reason no one has responded is because it looks like a solid plan...How long have you been on this current diet and training routine and have you seen any significant changes to your body in that time frame...If you feel comfortable you should post up soome pics as this seems to be a visually stimulated board...Look forward to chatting with you soon...Cheers...

Re: need advice!!!

cheers man! been on it for about 8 wks now and the most i have noticed is my bf has gone from 22%-16.9%, which has left me more toned n defined, which am looking for.i have had some gains in muscle as well so i think am gonna carry on with this for a while to see how it works out.

i worked out roughly my calorie, protein n carb intake is per day: 2660g cals, 340g protein and 180g of carbs, but i was just wondering is that enof carbs to build lean muscle???

hopefully get up some pics soon....cheers!!!
