![]() | Cycle Help Hi all – looking for feed back on a few glitches/sticking points Stats out of the way: Current Weight: 76kg BF: 15% (pre cycle) Cycle: sust 250 (first 2 weeks 1 amp, 2-10 weeks 2 amps) Diet: spread over six meal aiming to get 3500+ cals a day. Typical Diet: 6.00am MRP Cals 453 Pr: 30 7.30am PWO Cals 210 Pr: 25 9.00am Tuna Noon: Chicken, egg noodles and soup: 3pm MRP: Cals 453, pr 30 6pm MRP Cals: 453, pr 30 8pm ˝ chicken, rice + salad: cals 800 Pr: 50 10pm: Pack of nuts (cashew): Call 375 pr: 25 Total Cals: 3634 Pr: 255 On non work-out days i don’t have the shake at 7.30. This diet is pretty realistic – some days I may find myself a little behind in which case I may have something dirty to get my cals up – not often though say once a week. Workout: three times a week weight training on three day splits, mostly compound exercises focus on DL, BP, Squats, Military Presses etc. 5 sets of 5 and don’t normally train for more than an hour. . Increasing weights each week without fail to help get the most out of strength. Also, work on the bike for 40 mins per week. Sticking points: I have been on a sust cycle couple years back and decided I was too young/inexperienced to continue so abandoned post 6 weeks. I have trained since then on and off but not with dedication. I decided I wanted to work more on my physique now and went on a cutting phase first to get my bf down and then did an all body work out for six months to prepare me for the sust. The product has been amazing in terms of strength gains and also mass gains. I have put in circa 6.5 kg since I started approx three weeks ago. My PCT consists of Clomid, I have Nolva to hand along with propecia for hair loss. BUT whilst I am very happy with the strength and mass gains I am started to look a lot more bloated and I am sure my bf has gone up too. Is this normal? I wasn’t expecting this to be case, I know my diet is a little heavy on the carbs – particularly with the shakes. However, I was under the impression that a high amount of carbs was needed on sust to increase weight. Can someone advise on something im doing glaringly wrong – also any tips on how to get the bf down. I was not planning to use any thing other than sust but a gym dude recommended winny from week nine to just before PCT and switching back to a total body workout with extra cardio – three times a week or so. Thoughts? |

| Gym Addict | Re: Cycle Help Everyone's different mate. Try dropping the carbs down a bit if you feel its necessary. If you do drop your carbs i would increase your fat (good) intake with peanut butter, udos oil, fish oils etc. This will keep your overall calories high. Although there are alot of MRP in there. I would ditch them in place of some whole foods. Along with the bread. Also how much water are you drinking. Should aim for around 4 litres. |
