I trained my abs for years only doing sit up and crunches, which only worked the top four. <<<<<<<< You can see how the lower ones aren't as good (plus they're covered in a bit of that flubber your talking about) ![]() Trust me one this...... Do these without the weight and at the lowest setting instead of the high setting you see on the vid, and make sure you squeeze your abs at the top when your knees are up. Keep it fairly slowish and controled.... http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...gHipRaise.html Then do these.....Once you get better you can add the small weight between you feet. Do it fairly slow and controled. Dont swing or just throw you legs up, all you'd be doing is cheating yourself and doing no good. http://www.exrx.net/WeightExercises/...lLegRaise.html Or try it with your legs straight out. This is about the right speed. Nice and smooth and controlled.
