| Newbie Trainer | Swimmers! Didnt really know where to post this, and I know this forum is more about BB than anything. But what kind of training and nutrition do swimmers do? Will be different from all you big lads out there but im interested in what they would do Anyone know? Ta |

I mean like the endurance they gotta have to get them times, they were alternating strokes and there was plenty of em. The gymnastics especially the rings always facinate me | |

| Il stuff your butt | Re: Swimmers! yeh did some rings when i was at school but i wernt too good, if youve got kids stick them in gymnastics for a while as they get older they'll have a lot of serious strength. the pools are 50m i swim in a 50m pool its a good length, 25m is much too short!! yeh the swimmers have some serrious cariovascular endurance!! |
