| Chasing the pounds... | Mon/Wed/Fri Deadlifts upright row bench press incline press military press heavy barbell curl Deep dips Squats to finish off Ive tried this workout once previously.... bloody knackering ![]() Am i at danger of overtraining? I get 9 hours sleep every night. |

You could do a full body split every other day perhaps i.e Workout A Deadlifts upright row heavy barbell curl Workout B Squats - while you're fresh bench press incline press military press Deep dips |
