Smile Full body 3 day split?

Mon/Wed/Fri

Deadlifts
upright row
bench press
incline press
military press
heavy barbell curl
Deep dips
Squats to finish off


Ive tried this workout once previously.... bloody knackering


Am i at danger of overtraining? I get 9 hours sleep every night.

Personally I think you'd be over training, twice a week with about 3 or 4 days rest & you might get away with it.

You could do a full body split every other day perhaps i.e

Workout A
Deadlifts
upright row
heavy barbell curl

Workout B
Squats - while you're fresh
bench press
incline press
military press
Deep dips

Yeah, just it's an addiction really... all the endorphins etc.

I know nytol trains twice a week apparently ..... but, no, i'll never be like that :P
