![]() | total body workout Hi I got back into building 6 weeks ago and have been doing total body workouts three times week. I am quite skinny, height 6.1, weight 152 pounds. I am now looking to split the body parts up as I feel I am pushed the limits on total body workout. What is the best way to split up my workout. should i do a 2 or 3 body part split? Thanks Rizla |

![]() | Re: total body workout i found that the total body workout did minimal for me and the more i managed to split my body parts up the more gains i acheived... so try the 2 body part and see how it goes... when i switched to a 5 day split it was the best choice i ever made.... good luck! |
