![]() | Couple of questions... Is there a period you're meant to bulk for, then cut, then bulk, then cut etc... or shall I just continue bulking for like a year, then cut? Also, are you meant to have a week with no training every now and again? I've been training 4 times a week for ovcer 3 months now without any break. |
