Smile Weight gain and Routine

Hey guys im new to the forum and i would like some advice really if any would like to help

Im 21 i have been keeping myself fit for quite a few years, but all the time i have been working out i have never actually been able to put on any weight :( which is annoying, apparently i have a fast metabalism <<< how ever you spell it lol.
Now im 6 foot 3 and weigh just short of 12 stone, yeah i know im leight weight never seem to be able to get past 12 stone no matter what i eat or how much i eat or anything, ive tried weider weight gain that did kinda work but due to me losing my job i havent got the money to carry on with it.
So really i would like advice on what way i could go around putting on weight easy? ive got the tone but not the build if you get what i mean lol.
If possible aswell whats the best work out routine?

Any advice would be much appreciated im sick of not having the body i want lol.

Oh and great site by the way i found lots of interesting things

Thanks alot
Adam

meal one bout 8:30 cornflakes with skimmed milk + bowl of porridge

meal two 12:00 pasta and sauce with 4-5 slices of bread
normally sandwich in between
tea time 5:30 8oz steak, chips, peas, onion rings n yorkshire puds wi gravy

then normally have more pasta and sauce at bout 10:00

Re: Weight gain and Routine

I'm not suprised that you're not growing mate,

You need to be eating a minimum of 6 small meals per day.

Each of those should include carbs, protein and some fats.

Gear would definatley be the wrong thing for you now. As already suggested, go for a clean bluk diet to help gain the weight.

Here is a good example of a bulking diet:

There is an attachment on the first page.

Best of luck with it mate, be sure to post progress pics/reports etc.
