Fatiuge

Hi sorry if i spely fatiuge wrong not sure, i was alittle concerned about my training, when im doing an exercise my muscles seem to run out of steam really fast untill im not able to lift anymore but im not out of breath or tired, ive tryed raising my reps and this does make alittle difference but not much what do you think cheers

Can you post your current training, diet and daily routine etc how much sleep you get hours you work etc.
